1. Remove the air from the water pump or water pipe, and check whether the joints of each pipe are tightened without air leakage
2. Check the water level and add enough water
3. Remove scale and clean the surface
4. Adjust the belt tension or replace it
5. Clean scale and dredge waterways
6. Replace the water pump impeller
7. Check the thermostat, repair or replace it
